We do not generate video, and we do not compete with the models that do. Generation models are interchangeable backends under our adapter layer — as generation commoditizes, the value of the layer above it grows. What we replace is the part of the workflow that today is spreadsheets, prompt-and-pray, and manual review: everything between a team with briefs and budgets and the models that can make clips.
